Join NASEO for the joint Powering Up Data Centers and Energy Security Committee Webinar, Maintaining Energy Security and Reliability Goals Amid Data Center Load Growth, which will explore back-up power, planning for interruptions, and cybersecurity.

This session will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM ET, and will spotlight energy security considerations for data centers, insights from industry regarding backup generation and grid stability, and federal perspectives on data center cybersecurity.

The NASEO Powering Up Data Centers series aims to enhance State Energy Offices’ understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with data centers and ensure that State Energy Offices are better equipped to develop policies and programs to meet the energy needs in their states and propel economic development. The NASEO Energy Security Committee provides a forum open to all State and Territorial Energy Offices to discuss, learn, and collaborate on energy security planning.
