State and Territory Energy Offices are invited to join this call series on integrating the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) with Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole-House Rebates (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHR). Each call in this series will review different U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) resources on how to integrate the HOMES/HEEHR and WAP. - July 15, 2025 – Opportunities for Alignment | This call will cover DOE suggestions for how to effectively integrate WAP and HEEHR, such as opportunities to use WAP infrastructure to support HEEHR requirements and effective braiding strategies for WAP and HEEHR, versus actions to avoid. - July 28, 2025 – Allowable Activities Per Funding Source | This call will feature a review of DOE’s supplemental guidance on requirements and allowable activities for WAP and HEEHR. Register for the call here.
- August 4, 2025 – Integrated Delivery Part 1 | This call will review the first half of step-by-step considerations and sample responses outlined by DOE to integrate WAP and HEEHR. States that are completing the optional Template for Integrated Delivery Approach document are encouraged to join this call. Register for the call here.
- August 11, 2025 – Integrated Delivery Part 2 | This call will review the second half of step-by-step considerations and sample responses outlined by DOE to integrate WAP and HEEHR.
