The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) will hold the NASEO Electricity Markets Education Initiative Workshop on Tuesday, August 26 – Wednesday, August 27, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The workshop is open to States and Territories.

This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to explore how different wholesale electricity market structures affect resiliency, reliability, regional resource adequacy, and regional planning. This workshop will be comprised of technical presentations from experts along with opportunities for peer exchange and regional dialogue. More details to come!

The workshop is supported by the U.S. Department of Energy's Grid Deployment Office.
