The EEIF provides grant incentives to Delaware businesses, local governments, and non-profits to make facility upgrades that lower their energy use and cost. From July 2018 through June 2019, the GEF provided 448 grants totaling about $0.9 million in rebate incentives to customers, and the EEIF supported 229 projects with over $4.8 million in grants allocated.
