On July 16, Governor Jack Markell and DNREC Secretary David Small announced Delaware’s new Clean Transportation Incentive Program (CTIP). Administered through DNREC’s Division of Energy and Climate, CTIP will support the purchase of alternative fuel vehicles (including electric, propane, and natural gas vehicles) and alternative fuels infrastructure. The program will provide a Clean Vehicle Rebate, Heavy-Duty Vehicle Rebate, Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Rebate, Alternative Fueling Infrastructure Grants, and Innovative Transportation Greenhouse Gas Reduction Competitive Grants for residents and businesses in Delaware.
