This position is located in the District Department of the Environment (DDOE), Office of Energy (OE). The incumbent of this position will serve as the Associate Director of the Energy Compliance and Policy Division and has administrative oversight of all programs and activities related to the development, coordination and monitoring of programs in support of the Clean and Affordable Energy Act of 2008. The incumbent will also be directly involved in creating energy efficient measures for all end-use sectors (residential, commercial, governmental, institutional and transportation) such as, energy efficiency education, promotional activities, intervention for energy efficient utilities, regulatory proceedings and legislative matters, and energy payments and assistance to low-income residents.
