With support from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), NASEO, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA), the Virginia Department of Energy, the Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. (CESI), the Virginia Regional Commission, and other regional partners facilitate the conversion of streetlights by local governments to LEDs.
