NASEO invites State and Territory Energy Offices to participate in a bimonthly State Benchmarking and Building Performance Standard Implementation Cohort, open to states and territories in all stages of building performance policy adoption or implementation. This session will highlight a recent policy brief from the Real Estate Roundtable and encourage states to share about their approaches to equitably engaging and supporting building owners around complying with benchmarking and building performance standard ordinances.
