In response to recent actions by federal agencies and updated RPACE Best Practice Guidelines by DOE to permit and promote the use of RPACE in single family homes, several states across the country are exploring or considering RPACE-authorizing legislation and amendments. This call featured a presentation from Jocelyn Durkay, Energy Senior Policy Specialist from the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), who highlighted key components of RPACE legislation and discuss strategies for supporting the passage of RPACE statutes.
