NASEO welcomes Barbara Tyran, Director of Washington and State Relations for the Electric Power Research Institute, as the new Affiliates Vice Chair. Ms. Tyran is the principal liaison between EPRI’s executive management and Congress, the Administration, national trade associations, and national regulatory and legislative leadership. Her experience and background will provide a unique perspective to NASEO’s Board in support of the State Energy Offices.
