Commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) is a financing tool for stimulating local investment and job creation through energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades in commercial properties. State and local policymakers play an important role in enabling C-PACE and have multiple options in designing C-PACE programs. Speakers Sean Williamson (U.S. Department of Energy) and Sandy Fazeli  (National Association of State Energy Officials) will discuss options for key C-PACE decision points and feature case studies from throughout the United States.
